Accu-Chek SmartGuide CGM Sensor is a continuous glucose monitoring sensor designed for real-time glucose tracking for up to 14 days. Worn on the back of the upper arm, the sensor automatically measures glucose in the interstitial fluid and sends updated readings to a compatible smartphone via Bluetooth Low Energy.
Glucose information is transmitted every 5 minutes, allowing users to follow current glucose values and trends throughout the day without manually scanning the sensor. The Accu-Chek SmartGuide system works with the compatible official app, where glucose data and available monitoring features can be viewed.
