Dexcom G6 Sensors are original replacement sensors designed for the Dexcom G6 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System. The sensor continuously measures glucose levels and works together with a Dexcom G6 transmitter to send glucose data to a compatible smartphone, smart device or Dexcom receiver.
The Dexcom G6 system provides current glucose readings and glucose trends throughout the day, helping people with diabetes follow changes in their glucose levels and manage daily diabetes care.
Each Dexcom G6 sensor can be worn for up to 10 days before replacement. The sensor is a disposable component of the Dexcom G6 system and must be used with a compatible Dexcom G6 transmitter and display device.
