NovoPen Echo Plus is a reusable smart insulin pen from Novo Nordisk designed for precise insulin dosing with Penfill 3 ml insulin cartridges. It allows doses from 0.5 to 30 units in 0.5-unit increments, making it particularly useful when small and precise dose adjustments are required.

The built-in dose memory automatically records insulin dosing information, including the dose and time of injection, and stores approximately 3 months of injection history. Using NFC technology, stored injection data can be transferred to compatible smartphones and supported diabetes management apps.

Depending on country, smartphone and app compatibility, NovoPen Echo Plus can connect with platforms such as FreeStyle LibreLink, Glooko, mySugr and supported Dexcom integrations, allowing insulin dose information to be viewed alongside glucose data.

NovoPen Echo Plus is designed for Novo Nordisk Penfill 3 ml insulin cartridges and compatible NovoFine Plus, NovoFine and NovoTwist disposable needles up to 8 mm.
